What Is Luck?

In real estate, in response to the question of "What are the 3 most important things that determine value?" they respond with "Location, Location, and Location." In poker, it is about your position at the table as the deal moves from person to person. Whether you are first to have to announce your intention or last. So it is with life. Your location and position determine what you see and your opportunities. The number one key to success is learning. Not just about what you hope to do, but learning as much as you can from each situation. Each thing you learn or unlearn is like putting gold in your account. It will allow you to take advantage of your position and location when it arrives. This is called luck.
