“I think it's about time for me to help you get rid of those silly "UH" and "UM "sounds you use in sentences. With those gone, you'll sound a thousand percent more intelligent, thoughtful, and together.

I bet a lot of you would be shocked to realize how many times in your normal conversations... You actually say "Uh or Um". For most of us, it's become totally normal. We start out a sentence using actual words...then, when we run out of thoughts, and our brains work on the next set of words to come out, our voices fill up the empty spaces with a bunch of gibberish. Everybody knows that we shouldn't do it, but that doesn't seem to help much. There are tons of books that basically say...stop doing that...but that still doesn't give you a concrete way to alleviate the problem. So, I've come up with a way to once and for all eliminate fillers like "Uhs and Ums", with a technique I call "Stretching the words".

In this video, Roger Love shows you why people use fillers when speaking and how to eliminate them.
